Do you really offer free shipping?
Yes, all of our products come with free shipping. Our logistics support team can deliver Croc Lights worldwide.
I have a special request for my order. How do I do that?
When you add an item to your cart, there is a "Special Requests or Comments" box in the cart interface. Please write your request as clearly as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate it. If you can't find the input box, you can also email us. Be sure to include your order number and special request in the email, and please remember to contact us before we ship your order.

Will there be tax on my order?
Taxes and VAT are included in the prices when ordering. Any additional charges, taxes, or brokerage fees by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. Keep in mind that there is a small chance that you will get charged VAT or duties; however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping & handling fees, administration fees, and taxes (50% of the total order value before discounts) will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. If your situation wasn't mentioned in our refund policy, make sure to send us an email at service@croclights.com, and we will help you resolve it as soon as possible!
Delivery timeframes for orders?
We will deliver the goods within 24 hours after receiving the order and arrive within 7-15 working days.
Do you offer rush delivery?
We currently do not offer expedited services. However, if your order is urgent, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to make special arrangements.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders ship from Monday to Saturday excluding US Federal holidays.Orders received before 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within the same business day, provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified.            Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
How will my order be shipped?

How will I know when my order ships?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email (sent to the email address you provided during purchase). This email will provide the shipping date, the items shipped, the tracking number, and a link to track your shipment. 
How can I change my order once it has been made?

If you want to change your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Go to contact us and send us message requesting the specifications of the change.

How can I cancel an order?

Once your order has been submitted, we will mail you the product immediately. If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact us to cancel your order.

Refund & Return Policy
What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. Please contact Customer Care Team immediately to resolve the issue.
I provided an incomplete/wrong address and my order is being returned. What do I do?
If you have any issues with your address, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to service@croclights.com so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem.
What is your return policy?
For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products in original condition within 30 days of purchase.            
You don't like our products.     The received products are damaged and affect the use.
How to return the product?
Contact customer service email:service@croclights.com to explain the reason for return. We will guide you how to process the return.        Put the goods into the gift box And protect the package for mailing.    Drop off package at your nearest USPS Store, USPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or USPS Customer Center. You need to pay the returned fee.    All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)    
Can i still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached.
Which situations can not support return or exchange?
The product has been used or worn won't be refunded.    No refund for more than 30 days after receiving the product.    
How much time do returns take to be processed?
Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 5 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.

How do you get croc lights to work?

Battery Model/Type:

  1. Turn the croc light anti-clockwise to Unscrew the head of the light.
  2. Remove the insulation pad between the two batteries.
  3. Make sure the batteries are kept in positive and negative directions.
  4. Tighten up properly to avoid poor contact.
  5. If the battery runs out, replace the battery.

Recharge Model/Type:

  1. Croc Lights for charging come in various styles.
