Log into my account - Order history - Click on the order - Click on the tracking number to trace the order delivery trajectory.
Click on the "TRACK ORDER" menu at the top of the website or visit: https://www.croclights.com/tools/track. Enter your tracking number (tracking ID) or input your order number (found in your email or member center) along with your email to directly track your parcel's trajectory.
When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification in your email. It will contain the tracking number, and you can simply click on "Track your order" to check the status of your package delivery.
You can also use a third-party courier tracking platform, such as 17track (https://www.17track.net/). By entering the tracking number you obtained through checking your email or your member center, you can access real-time updates on your shipment's logistics progress.
